What We Do

A home inspection is a reasonable effort to disclose the conditions of a house or building as it exists on the day of the inspection, we follow InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

The written report covers the highlights of the physical inspection, and of discussions between you and our inspector.

You are urged to be present during the inspection, to take notes and to ask questions about the home and the inspection process. Our job is to inform you and make you comfortable with your purchase.

The inspection and report are performed and prepared for the sole, confidential and exclusive use and possession of the customer.
