Radon is a cancer-causing naturally occurring

 radioactive gas that you can’t see, smell or taste. Radon exposure is

the 2nd leading cause of

lung cancer in the U.S.

You might be required to obtain a WDO (commonly referred to as a "termite inspection) by the bank, the mortgage company, or the guarantor (FHA, VA, HUD, etc.).
