Since this was my first inspection, Bill took the time to explain everything to me clearly and even offered easy maintenance tips as he worked. He was very thorough and detailed when it came all things concerning my future home. I especially liked the PDF version of the inspection report that he e-mailed to me and my realtor that listed the details of the inspection.
